Do you only make signs ?
Orkay Engravers offers a full range of engraving product services such as Engraved Nameplates, Metal Labels, Steel Stamps, Name Badges, Vinyl Banners, Common Seals, Metal Letters, Metal tags etc.
What file type should we provide for our design or artwork ?
To assure the highest quality product, it is important to have a vector based file of your logo or artwork viz., CDR, PDF, DWG, EPS, DXF, PNG files will work best.
How long does it take to complete my order ?
Our production turnaround time will fluctuate based on the projects, size, complexity, and materials. In general, our signs will be complete within 1 week of receiving your order.
Can I see a sample of my product ?
Yes. If you require a prototype, we will include the cost in our quotation. A pdf proof of your file can be supplied at no charge for your approval before production quantities are built.
Is there any minimum order quantity for my order?
Orkay Engravers has no minimum piece requirements in nameplates. In fact, we specialize in small-piece, custom-designed orders to meet your specifications and time frames.
Does Orkay Engravers have a standard pricing sheet ?
We don’t have a standard price sheet as each job is customized and individually priced.
